Group booking
If your group consists of 8 or more, you can benefit from special privileges at Guest Services where you will receive our Welcome Pack, with the necessary information for your visit and the Fashion Passport which offers a further 10% reduction in participating stores to all group members.

Upon arrival, drivers/tour leaders must sign-in at Guest Services to collect their welcome packs, or these can be posted to you in advance. We also offer a Meet & Greet service, if you would like us to meet you on arrival.
Bookings must be made at least 5 days prior to arrival. Maximum two operator lunch vouchers per group.
We also offer free wheelchair and mobility scooter hire. These must be booked in advance so please add this onto your booking request.
