Group booking
If your group consists of 20 or more, you can benefit from special privileges at Guest Services where you will receive our Welcome Pack, with the necessary information for your visit and the Fashion Passport which guarantees a further 10% reduction in participating stores to all group members.

Upon arrival, drivers/tour leaders must sign-in at our Guest Services located next our Clarks store to collect their welcome packs.
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Maximum two operator lunch voucher per group.
We also offer free wheelchair hire. These must be booked in advance so please add this onto your booking request.
